Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provide educational programs, coaching services, and community spaces designed to support spiritual growth, personal transformation, and emotional well-being. By accessing our websites, programs, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

All Sacred Company offerings are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By participating, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. All content provided by Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or exploit any portion of our materials without express written consent. You agree to use our websites and services lawfully and respectfully. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.Sacred Company’s programs integrate sacred transformational practices, including somatic embodiment, emotional awareness, sacred sexuality education, conscious relating, breathwork, and ritual embodiment. Sacred Theater® is our federally protected methodology combining these practices into a structured transformational experience. Participation is voluntary, and clients are encouraged to honor their personal boundaries at all times. No specific exercises, especially those related to intimacy or embodiment, are ever required.Enrollment in any Sacred Company, LLC or Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC program — including but not limited to special events, retreats, sprints, short programs, specialized offerings, and 12-Month Programs — constitutes a binding financial commitment to the full program tuition and participation terms. All deposits, payments, and tuition for Sacred Company offerings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable without exception. Payment plans are provided solely as a convenience and do not modify the full obligation to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of level of participation, satisfaction, withdrawal, life circumstances, personal beliefs, or financial status. By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation in any portion of Sacred Company programs — whether in-person, online, self-paced, live, or recorded — constitutes full acceptance of these financial and participation terms.We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on your personal effort, participation, and individual circumstances. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Company, LLC, Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC, their employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your participation or breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in Contra Costa County, California.

Refund Policy

All sales are final upon purchase. Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC maintain a strict no-refund policy without exceptions. By purchasing any product, program, retreat, event, service, or membership from Sacred Company, you acknowledge that all fees, deposits, and payments are 100% non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable without exception. No refunds, cancellations, credits, or transfers will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, financial hardship, schedule changes, religious or personal beliefs, medical issues, or personal circumstances.Enrollment in any Sacred Company, LLC or Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC program — including but not limited to special events, retreats, sprints, short programs, specialized offerings, and 12-Month Programs — constitutes a binding financial commitment to the full program tuition and participation terms. All deposits, payments, and tuition are final and non-refundable. Payment plans are offered solely as a convenience and do not modify the participant’s full financial obligation. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled, paused, or prorated for any reason once initiated. By enrolling, participants agree to these financial obligations, regardless of level of participation, withdrawal, or change in circumstances.Participation in any Sacred Company program is voluntary. Sacred Company’s offerings involve sacred transformational practices, somatic embodiment, emotional exploration, sacred sexuality education, conscious relating exercises, breathwork, and the proprietary Sacred Theater® methodology. Clients are expected to exercise personal responsibility and self-boundaries at all times.Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC are not responsible for service delays or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or other events outside of our control. Services may be rescheduled at our discretion without refund obligations. Unauthorized chargebacks are considered breach of contract. Sacred Company, LLC reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies including recovery of tuition, damages, attorney’s fees, and collection costs. By submitting payment or deposit for any Sacred Company service, event, or program, you irrevocably agree to these Refund Terms.
